The firm is in transition from a medium to large sized business. It is an exciting environment. Our accounts payable manager works directly with our operations team and other business leaders and has a meaningful impact on the company. The best candidate will be someone who likes to get involved in and support the business. Base Salary Range is $65,000 - $80,000n PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES nn Lead an AP team of 3-4 staff members in accurate and timely processing of invoicesn Provide exceptional customer servicen Manage unapproved invoicesn Process checksn Review subcontractor packetsn Ensure W-9 verificationn Track certificate of insurance informationn Lead the transition towards utilizing purchase orders and subcontracts in our ERP systemnn QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSnn BA/BS Degree in Accounting preferredn Well versed in Microsoft Office products, specifically Exceln Experience with Viewpoint Accounting Software a plusn Outstanding written, verbal, and analytical skillsnDetail orientednSupervisory experience preferrednn WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDSThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
