Position
Summary:
Our Human Resources Manager oversees all HR processes and procedures with in our organization, while acting in accordance with employment laws and Hotel Teatro policies and procedures.
Day to day functions include payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, employee recognition, learning and development.
Your expertise will help us maintain a motivated and engaged workforce, ensuring our employees have the necessary support to perform their critical roles.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
Oversee bi-monthly payroll.
Maintains and audits company benefits program's.
Oversees employee performance evaluation process.
Supports and oversees recruiting for all departments.
Manage employee relation issues in a positive, confidential and timely manner.
Executes employee engagement activitiesSupport General Manager regarding improvements in staffing, departmental transfers, etc.
Benefit and 401k administrationAct as a liaison between the General Manager and employee related inquiries.
Workman's Comp administrator Oversee the overall management of the Human Resources department, including hiring, training, performance management, employee relations and termination.
Provide HR support to managers and employees including performance management, development plans, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as OSHA, ADA, etc.

Maintain employee files and records in electronic or paper form according to established procedures.
Provide feedback to managers on employee performance as required by law or regulation.
Assist in developing training programs for new employees.
Report to work in a neatly groomed and acceptable manner as outlined in the employee handbook.
Comply and understands all policies and procedures for Hotel Teatro.
Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist other departments as business volumes and staff levels demandPreferred Skills and Education:
2 to 4 years Human Resources Management experience.
College education or equivalent experience required.
High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications.
Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems; ADP preferred.
Professional proficiency in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communicationKnowledge of Colorado and Federal Labor Laws.
US work authorization is required.
