Central Supply Coordinator

Job Description Position Summary Responsible for tracking, coding, distribution, monitoring, ordering, and billing of the assigned department supplies.
Essential Duties Check stock levels for needed supplies and requisition order forms.
Order supplies from designated vendor.
Receive orders, verifying accuracy of invoice order, contents, and pricing.
Tracking of supplies, by labeling and properly placing on shelves.
Distribution of supplies to the required areas.
Billing & allocating supply charges to resident and/or department.
Data entry as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of inventory control, medical terminology, and medical and other supplies.
Basic math skills and computer word-processing, database experience.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills preferred.
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Moderate physical effort required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
May be exposed to hazardous chemicals.
Sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours.
Is subject to frequent interruptions.
Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
