OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST POSITION Overview:
Under the direction of the Therapy Manager, the Hand Therapist is responsible for the delivery of quality hand therapy services in accordance with the patient's plan of care for outpatients with hand therapy needs.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST SALARY &
Benefits:
$70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Generous PTO package and paid holidays Company-paid life insurance and long term disability insurance Ability to purchase accident insurance, short and long-term disability insurance.
Opportunities for internal training and development Annual stipend for continuing education in certain positions Retirement Plan eligibility after one year of service with eligibility in company profit sharing Most positions offer Monday - Friday work schedules OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Graduate from an approved school of Occupational Therapy Current registration with the NBCOT for Occupational Therapy Current state licensure from Colorado DORA.
Current BLS certification within 60 days from hire.
Ability to use computer to enter patient documentation Strong verbal and written communication skills.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
CHT certification strongly preferred or working towards CHT Three of more years of hand therapy experience Experience with EMR a plus PI226812367 Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Clinical Works Coaching And Mentoring Communication Occupational Therapy Orthopaedics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
